Why work with me

Hi, I’m Helen Blantz, a wellbeing coach with a diverse professional background in corporate, startups, local government, the third sector, and small business ownership.

Since 2006, I have run my own events consultancy, equipping me with a deep understanding of deadlines, workplace pressures, and team dynamics.

I trained with CTI in 2020 and became a Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach, adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics. My varied career, including over 20 years of teaching T’ai Chi, has shaped my calm, reflective coaching approach, encouraging clients to embrace learning from failures and to let go of fear.

As your coach, I bring empathy, non-judgment, and tenacity to our partnership. You bring a desire for change, a ready curiosity and willingness to follow through.

We work together to bring about meaningful change, and new mindsets.
