5 ways AI accelerates careers

Do you see AI as “tech for good” or are you fearful of a future which sees the AI bots taking your job?

AI is re-designing the workplace. Shaking up not only our processes, but completely re-imaginging… The new tools are creating a plethora of new opportunities which we couldn’t possibly have dreamed about.

It’s important that you stay up-to-date on the AI landscape. You need a working knowledge of the tools and techniques, an understanding of the risks and pitfalls, and you need a roadmap.

Here’s 5 ways winners stand apart -

1.     Winners are up-to-speed on where AI is already being used for increased productivity, efficiencies and innovation.

2.     They understand the broader context of AI, what’s possible in their role, and what’s expected of them as an employee in the hotels & hospitality sector.

3.     They work from a place of curiosity, they have a roadmap to work from, and are willing to fail & course correct.

4.     They know how to challenge current workflows, and can develop tailored prompts and scripts.

5.     Winners are confident about where they fit in the ecosystem, and can communicate their value well in their performance reviews, interviews and client meetings.

AI tools to get ahead

AI tools deployed in hotels & hospitality are delivering efficiencies and creative inputs as an additional digital member of your team -

  • Cost savings & efficiencies across hotel operations, design teams and backoffice

  • New workflows free up time from repetitive tasks

  • Real-time analysis informs decision-making, improves guest experience & drives revenue

  • Generative AI is opening new opportunities in design and creative job roles

  • Predictive AI is streamlining operations and maintenance

  • Hyper personalisation elevates customer satisfaction and delivers a highly-curated, luxury feel to service

Ask yourself – are you getting the most out of AI tools? Are you aware of what tools are already aligning your workflows with what’s going to be needed in the workplace of the future?

If the answer is no – or you’re not 100% sure you are absolutely maximising where you could be - let us shortcut you to some clarity, context & clear next steps…

  • "I am committed to learning more and implementing into my team and existing workflows. I came away with further thoughts on how we could improve our use of AI tools and I remain interested and committed to the possibilities they offer. The workshop was part of my information gathering phase, which continues. I think it will appeal to those who may doubt the relevance of AI to them, opening them up to the possibilities."

    Jennifer, London

  • "During the workshop there was an interesting discussion about how we use AI and what tasks we will ask it to solve for us. As an architect I had previously been using AI for co-creating and for making many fast impressions of what I was trying to convey to my team and my clients, but I realised that the creative making was my favourite part and as such maybe I should find ways for AI to solve the tasks that I least enjoy instead. With Helen and Zach's input the experimentation continues as we learn and grow together."

    Emilie, Copenhagen
